Terms of business
These terms cover orders placed with Ajekigbe Business Concepts Limited, appointments booked through this website, and accounts held on it.
Last updated August 2026
1. Who we are
Ajekigbe Business Concepts Limited, trading from 48, Pipeline Road, Opposite Presbyterian Church, Arida Bus Stop, Ikotun, Lagos, Nigeria. You can reach us on +234 903 253 8311 or at info@ajekigbebusiness.com.
2. Quotations and orders
Prices shown on this website are indicative. A binding price is the one written on a quotation or invoice we have issued to you. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless they say otherwise, because freight and exchange rates move.
An order is accepted when we issue an invoice for it, not when it is placed.
3. Payment
Invoices are payable by bank transfer to the account matching the invoice currency, by the due date shown. VAT is charged at 7.5% where it applies and is shown separately.
Where an invoice is issued in a currency other than naira, the exchange rate is fixed at the point of issue and printed on the document. Subsequent movements do not change what is owed.
Goods are released, and installation is scheduled, once payment has cleared. Made-to-order and bespoke work normally requires a deposit, agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Appointments
Appointments booked through this website are held for you and confirmed by us within one working day. Where a fee applies it is shown before you confirm, invoiced after the visit, and credited in full against any order that follows.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a site visit, so the fitter or agent can be re-routed.
5. Delivery, installation and risk
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and depend on shipping and customs. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment in full.
Where we install, we warrant our workmanship for 12 months from completion. That warranty covers our fitting; it does not cover damage, misuse or alterations by others.
6. Property management
Management services are governed by a separate management agreement signed with the landlord. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the management agreement takes precedence.
7. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend an account we believe is being misused.
8. Complaints
Tell us as soon as something is wrong. Put it in writing to info@ajekigbebusiness.com with your invoice or booking reference and we will acknowledge it within two working days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.
These terms are a working draft written for this website. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by the company’s solicitor before the site goes live.
